I had my transmission repaired here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair was done with excellent quality, and my car has been driving perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a shop that’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about its customers, and this place definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs transmission work. Thank you for making such a stressful situation so much easier!!!

I highly recommend Ridge Transmission! They are incredibly trustworthy, and their team goes above and beyond to provide honest, reliable service. From my first visit, I could tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. They took the time to explain everything clearly which really built my confidence in them. Their generosity and fair pricing made a real difference, and they made the whole experience as smooth as possible. If you’re looking for a dependable and professional auto repair shop, Ridge Transmission is the place to go!

The best, most honest shop I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t take any of my cars anywhere else. Jake is great, and these people will do right by you. Highest recommendation.

Hidden Gem! Mr. Tim & his team were awesome. Diagnostic price was reasonable. Repair time was minimal. And they fully explained what needed to happen, and what to expect before, during, and after my service. The cost for the service was the most cost effective in the area. Mr. Tim was brutally honest. I was told that the service I was getting would not be covered by my warranty, however is required as a first step at fixing the issue according to GM. BUT it may only be a temporary fix to the issue as if it doesn't go away, or comes back I'll need a new transmission. The service repaired about 70% of my issue almost immediately. However, I will be getting with my warranty company because at 70% fixed it'll only decline as time goes on. Hopefully i can get this issue resolved soon, but I highly recommend this Ridge Transmission!
